1. Information We Collect

GroupDrop collects the personal information necessary to provide, secure, and monetize our service. This includes:

• Account Details: Your email address and secure authentication credentials.
• User Content: Photos you explicitly upload, along with the custom folder/category names and chat messages you create.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, device type, browser metadata, and log data required for rate-limiting and anti-abuse protection.
• Transaction Data: When you purchase a subscription or top-up, we collect transaction confirmation tokens provided securely by PayPal. We never see or store your raw credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data & AI Processing Transparency

We use your data strictly to operate GroupDrop, including:

• Isolating your personal folders so only authorized users can access them.
• Managing your paid subscription tiers, top-up balances, and fair-use AI credits.
• Automated AI Visual Sorting: By uploading photos, you acknowledge and agree that your images are securely transmitted to our AI processing providers solely for automated real-time visual sorting and categorization. Your photos are never used to train public AI models.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We utilize cookies, browser local storage, and similar web technologies strictly to maintain your active login sessions, verify your identity, prevent spam bots, and remember your folder UI preferences.

4. Data Sharing, International Processing & Third-Party Links

We do not sell your personal data or photos to third parties. Your data is securely processed by our verified infrastructure partners to run the app. Because these partners operate globally, your information may be transferred and processed in countries other than your own (including outside the State of Israel):

• Cloudflare: Hosts our application, handles rate-limiting, and securely isolates your metadata and photo assets.
• Google (Gemini): Processes uploaded images via its AI API as the primary engine for automated visual categorization.
• Anthropic (Claude): Processes uploaded images via its AI API as the fallback engine for automated visual categorization.
• PayPal: Processes all customer payments and subscription billing details securely on their own encrypted network.

Please note that these third-party processors have their own independent privacy policies governing their services.

5. Photo Privacy & Security Shield

All uploaded photos are strictly private by default. We enforce a native backend security shield that intercepts asset requests, validates active session tokens, and blocks any unauthenticated user from viewing your data. While we implement strict programmatic security controls, no internet service can guarantee 100% absolute security.

6. Data Retention, Your Rights & Data Deletion

We retain your account information and uploaded content only for as long as necessary to provide you with the Service or comply with our legal obligations. Regardless of your global location, we honor your rights to access, download, or permanently wipe your data. You can trigger a total account erasure directly from your user settings panel. Once triggered, content is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

GroupDrop does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If you learn that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GroupDrop ("the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the platform.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have received explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service and manage transactions.

3. Account Security & Abuse Prevention

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your active login sessions and device access. Automated scraping, botting, brute-force hacking attempts, or flooding our Cloudflare Worker routes with rapid requests is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate IP and account ban.

4. Content Ownership & Acceptable Use

You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and rights over all photo assets you upload to GroupDrop. You grant us a limited, temporary license solely to host and transmit your images to our AI processor to perform categorization functions for your account. You agree not to upload any imagery that is illegal, deeply offensive, or infringes on the copyrights of others. Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own personal backups of any important content; while we strive to protect uploaded data, we cannot guarantee that data loss will never occur.

5. Paid Subscriptions, Top-Ups, & Refunds

GroupDrop offers paid feature upgrades, subscription tiers, and credit top-up packages handled via the PayPal SDK. By purchasing a tier, you agree to pay the designated recurring or one-time fees. All sales are processed securely through PayPal. Due to the immediate server-side costs incurred by running AI vision models, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through our support channels.

6. AI Performance & Platform Availability Disclaimer

Image categorization and automatic folder sorting are handled algorithmically using cloud-based AI vision models. AI models can make mistakes, hallucinate text, or miscategorize visual layouts. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service, and we may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or sudden technical issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroupDrop and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or operational downtime arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend, throttle, or permanently terminate your account instantly, without prior notice, if you violate these terms, exceed fair-use thresholds on the free tier, or threaten the application's operational security.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any financial or operational disputes arising from the use of GroupDrop shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of GroupDrop after an update constitutes full legal acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
